Comprehensive Testing
We have a full lab with 3 spectrometers for chemical testing and 2 tensile bar pullers for mechanical testing.
Advanced Technology
Our inspection tools include the latest laser scanning technology and two Faro laser scanners, allowing us to dimensionally check castings to the customer-supplied model.
Detailed Reports
For higher tolerance machined parts, we have a full CMM with Polyworks inspection software to provide detailed reports.
Certified Technicians
Our level II Mag Particle and Liquid Penetrant inspection technicians ensure thorough inspections.
Our experienced technicians use a variety of equipment, including spectrometers, tensile bar testers, laser scanners, and CMMs, to perform thorough inspections and tests on your components. This ensures that each part meets our high standards for quality and performance.

Yes, we can do in house Mag particle and Liquid Penetrant testing, we also have great relationships with outside labs for any other NDT that may be required. Such as charpy testing, xray, Ultrasonic testing, etc.
