how it works
Southern Cast uses CAD data, which is inserted into a build box in the printer software. This data is then sliced into layers, similar to 3D plastic printing software. Once the layers are sliced, the build is started. After completion, the cores are unloaded from the printer and excavated for use in mold assembly.
